Refund Policy
Scholars Bureau will process refunds under specific circumstances. Refunds will be initiated only when any primary service/tool (such as Turnitin, WordAI, Quillbot, Chat GPT Plus, Canva, Grammarly, or MS 365) remains non-functional for a duration of three or more days.
The refund process may take 2-3 days to initiate, and users are required to wait during this period. Additionally, the payment gateway may take 4-5 days to process and refund the amount.
Please note that no refunds will be provided if your account has been banned or blocked due to invalid activities. No excuses will be accepted in such cases. Refunds will also not be granted if our tool limits have been exhausted. Users are advised to wait until the limits are refreshed.
Furthermore, refund requests without valid reasons, such as a change of mind or accidental purchases, will not be accepted. Submitting such requests may result in account suspension.
To request a refund, users must contact us at admin@scholarsbureau.com. Our administration team will respond within 24-48 hours to address the refund request.
