Billing: Scholars Bureau does not initiate recurring transactions. Users are solely responsible for initiating transactions. We do not store any payment credentials on our servers, adhering to the latest guidelines issued by the Government of Kenya. Scholars Bureau utilizes Mpesa Express to receive payments from clients.
Services: Scholars Bureau reserves the right to modify prices and durations of its services at any time. Additionally, products may be added or removed from subscription plans based on availability.
Security: Scholars Bureau prioritizes user security and privacy. We employ Positive SSL protection to ensure secure payment transactions. All data stored on our servers is encrypted and safeguarded. Scholars Bureau has no access to personal data, except for filled information during signup, access logs of tools, and IP addresses.
Affiliate Program: Existing Scholars Bureau users can invite friends and colleagues to join our platform through personalized links or coupon codes. For coupon codes, users should contact support. Users cannot refer themselves by creating a new account to receive affiliate rewards from their own purchases, as this activity is deemed invalid, resulting in credit reversal. The minimum affiliate payout is 500 KES, and the default per-sale affiliate commission is 20% for all users.
Refund Policy: Scholars Bureau will process refunds only if any primary service/tool (such as Grammarly, Wordai, Turnitin, Canva, Chat GPT Plus, or Quillbot) remains non-functional for a period of three or more days.
Account Ban/Block: Sharing account details with others may result in the user’s account being banned without prior notification. Account suspension can occur if multiple logins from the same IP address occur on the same day using proxies, VPNs, or ISPs. Users have the right to request information about their activities by contacting block@scholarsbureau.com (responses will be provided within 24 hours).
Notifications: Scholars Bureau may send messages via email or SMS to the user’s registered contact information for purposes such as informing about new offers or other important updates.
